Why are prices listed as "starting at"?+
Every event is thoughtfully customized. Final pricing depends on your selected experience, guest count, materials, level of customization, staffing, travel, and event details. This allows us to create an experience that fits your vision while maintaining the quality KC Craft & Create is known for.
Can you work within my budget?+
Absolutely! Whether you have a specific vision or a budget you'd like to stay within, we're happy to recommend experiences and options that create a beautiful event while meeting your needs.
Can experiences be customized?+
Yes! Every event is uniquely designed around your theme, age group, interests, and goals. From birthdays and girls' nights to corporate activations and community events, we'll work together to create an experience that's uniquely yours.
What makes an experience premium?+
Premium experiences often include upgraded materials, specialty crafts, enhanced styling, personalized details, or additional setup and facilitation. We'll walk you through the best options based on your event.
What's included with every booking?+
Every booking includes a planning consultation, high-quality materials, professional setup and cleanup, event styling, and facilitation when applicable.
Do you stay during the event?+
Most children's events include on-site facilitation to guide guests through the experience. Select teen and adult experiences may also be available as beautifully styled drop-off experiences with scheduled pickup.
How long do experiences last?+
Most hosted experiences last approximately 30–60 minutes depending on the selected activity, group size, and event logistics. Larger events or multiple experiences may require additional time.
Do you travel?+
Yes! KC Craft & Create proudly serves the Kansas City metro and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Can events be held outdoors?+
Absolutely! Outdoor events are welcome. We simply ask that a covered area or weather backup plan be available to help ensure the best experience.
Do you provide everything?+
Yes! We bring the materials, supplies, setup, styling, and everything needed for your selected experience unless otherwise discussed.
Are you insured?+
Yes! KC Craft & Create is fully insured.
What if I don't see the experience I'm looking for?+
That's okay! We love custom requests. Share your ideas or inspiration with us, and we'll let you know how we can bring your vision to life.
