Booking Information
A few important details to make booking smooth. Complete, event-specific terms are included in your customized booking agreement.
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Final payment is due prior to your event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable. If plans change, we'll do our best to accommodate a one-time reschedule based on availability.
Travel
We proudly serve the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
Setup & Cleanup
We handle setup and cleanup for every event. Please ensure the event space is accessible during scheduled setup and teardown times.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor experiences require a weather backup plan or covered space. If weather becomes unsafe, we'll work together to determine the best solution.
Event Space
Hosts are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible area appropriate for the selected experience.
Guest Supervision
For children's events, a responsible adult must remain present throughout the event. KC Craft & Create facilitates the activity but is not responsible for supervising children outside of the craft experience.
Care of Materials
We ask that all materials and equipment be treated with care. Replacement fees may apply for excessive damage or missing items.
Photography
We love capturing photos of our event setups and experiences for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your event not be photographed, simply let us know before your event.
Vendor Partnerships
We partner with trusted local vendors to seamlessly incorporate specialty services such as permanent jewelry, balloon décor, photography, desserts, rentals, and more. Vendor services are coordinated separately and may have their own pricing and policies.
